You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
CamPhotoShare may allow photographers to connect their Google Account and Google Drive for storing and managing event photos.
Google Drive remains a service provided by Google and is subject to Google's own terms, policies and service availability.
CamPhotoShare does not claim ownership of users' Google Drive accounts or the content stored in those accounts.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permissions to upload, store and share the content they use with CamPhotoShare.
Users may upload or share photographs and other content through CamPhotoShare.
You retain responsibility for the content you upload or share. You must have the necessary rights, permissions and legal authority to use and share such content.
You must not use CamPhotoShare to upload or distribute content that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.
CamPhotoShare may provide QR codes or other sharing mechanisms that allow clients to access shared event content.
Users are responsible for sharing QR codes and event access links only with people they intend to provide access to.
Anyone who obtains a publicly accessible sharing link or QR code may potentially access the content associated with that link, depending on the sharing settings configured by the user and the underlying storage service.
Users agree not to misuse CamPhotoShare, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the application for unlawful purposes.
We aim to keep CamPhotoShare available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Service availability may depend on third-party services, including Google services, internet connectivity and other infrastructure.
CamPhotoShare may use third-party services such as Google authentication and Google Drive.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective service providers.
CamPhotoShare and its associated branding, software, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the application or its original components without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
Users may request deletion of their CamPhotoShare account in accordance with the account deletion process provided by the service.
Account deletion may affect access to information associated with the CamPhotoShare account. Content stored in a user's Google Drive may remain in Google Drive unless the user separately deletes it from Google Drive.
