CamPhotoShare respects your privacy and is designed to help photographers securely manage events, upload photos to their connected Google Drive account, and share selected event content with clients through QR codes and shared links.
CamPhotoShare may collect and process information required to provide its services, including your name, mobile number, email address, account information, event information, photo-related metadata, selected photo information, and support request information.
Photographer accounts use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in and account authentication. Your account password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is not stored as a password in CamPhotoShare Cloud Firestore.
Your name, mobile number, email address, and account-related information may be used for authentication, account management, providing app functionality, and communicating with you regarding your account or support requests.
CamPhotoShare stores information needed to manage events, including event name, event category, event ownership information, Google Drive folder information, creation details, and photo-related information. This information helps photographers manage their events and provide client photo-selection functionality.
Photos and videos uploaded through CamPhotoShare are stored in the Google Drive account connected by the photographer. CamPhotoShare does not use its own servers as permanent storage for the photographer's original photo and video files.
Google Drive access is used to create and manage event folders and to upload and manage files associated with the photographer's CamPhotoShare events. CamPhotoShare does not use the connected Google Drive account for unrelated purposes.
Photographers can intentionally share an event using a QR code or shared event link. A person who receives and accesses the shared QR code or link may be able to view the photos available in that shared event. Shared access does not provide the client with the photographer's account credentials or private login information.
When photo-selection functionality is enabled for a shared event, clients may select photos through the shared QR code or event link. Information about selected photos may be stored in Cloud Firestore so that the photographer can view and manage the client's selections through the photographer account.
CamPhotoShare uses Firebase and Google services to process and store information required for app functionality. Data transmitted between the app and supported services is protected using secure network communication. We take reasonable measures to protect account and app data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
CamPhotoShare may request the following Android permissions according to the features being used:
Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account password with others. Photographers are responsible for deciding which events they intentionally share through QR codes or shared links.
If you submit a support request, CamPhotoShare may store information such as your name, mobile number, email address, problem category, problem description, ticket ID, ticket status, administrator reply, and request date. This information is used to provide customer support and manage your reported issue.
CamPhotoShare uses third-party services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Google services such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive APIs to provide authentication, data storage, account functionality, event management, and file storage. These services may process information according to their respective privacy policies and terms.
You can request deletion of your CamPhotoShare account from the account settings available in the app. When account deletion is successfully completed, the Firebase Authentication account and associated CamPhotoShare data, including applicable user, event, photo-selection, and support-ticket data, are deleted. Local account/session information is also cleared.
Account deletion does not delete photos, videos, folders, or other files stored in the photographer's Google Drive account. Google Drive content remains under the control of the Google Drive account owner.
CamPhotoShare retains information only for as long as it is needed to provide app functionality, maintain accounts, manage events, provide support, or meet applicable operational and legal requirements. When an account is deleted, associated CamPhotoShare data is deleted as described in the Account Deletion section.
CamPhotoShare is intended for photographers and users who can legally use the service. The app is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable laws.
